WLI Heartland

Bill & Sheri have been married since 1991, and serving as Pastors of Salem Full Gospel Church since 2000.  Their brief bios are below.

Sheri - B.A. Accounting (minor in Music), Evangel University 1989.  Currently working on Masters in Christian Counselling, and Masters of Practical Ministry.  Sheri has ministered in Word and song internationally since 1986.  She has made 1 Gospel album and is nearing completion of her second.  Sheri is an Accountant by trade, earning E.A., MTA, ATA, and other professional credentials regarding taxes, accounting, and financial planning.  Sheri manages a tax office in Salem, and managed a tax office in Germany while living there.  Sheri plays, sings, and ministers prophetically, and has grown up ministering in the local church since age 13.  Sheri has been an Ordained Minister since 1990, and an instructor at WLI Heartland since 2008.  She also serves as a director/co-founder of the Lifeway Center (community ministry organization), the founder of Project Win (cancer support ministry), and director/co-founder of Yeoman Ministries Intl (training and equipping ministry).  Sheri is a member of the Association of Christian Educators and Administrators.  Sheri has ministered the Gospel in 8 nations of the world.

Bill - B.S. Civil Engineering, U.S. Military Academy (West Point) 1990.  Master of Theology, 1999.  Doctorate of Practical Ministry, 2008.  Bill has ministered the Word internationally since 1983.  He served as a youth group leader and youth missionary as a teenager, before becoming a soldier and Officer in the U.S. Army, serving in the Gulf War in 1990-91.  Bill began a career in the financial planning industry in 1993, earning many credentials, licenses, and awards in this field (CSFP, CSA, MDRT member, etc).  Besides serving as Pastor, Bill and Sheri founded the Lifeway Center, Yeoman Ministries Intl, and WLI Heartland.  Bill also is the owner/founder of Stack Financial Services LLC, specializing in Life Insurance and Annuity sales, and financial planning techniques and strategies.  Bill has been an Ordained Minister since 1990, and an instructor at WLI Heartland since founding it in 2008.  Bill also serves on the board of Helps Ministries Fellowship International, and is a charter member of the Association of Christian Educators and Administrators.  Bill has ministered the Gospel in 14 nations of the world.
